Unicorn Tears is one of the coolest things we've ever seen!  It steeps to a beautiful cobalt blue and then once you add a squirt of lemon, your tea changes to a gorgeous purple color.  This is thanks to the blue pea flowers, which react to the acid in the lemon to change colors.
